PlantMed is working with indigenous people in the Amazon to share their knowledge of medicinal plants with the world, before it’s lost forever due to the destruction of the rainforest. The Shipibo people of Peru and the Sápara people of Ecuador have joined forces with scientists and entrepreneurs from the U.S. to build the world's first centers for the practice, research, and preservation of Amazonian plant medicine. We're in a race against time. The healing power of the Amazon could be lost to the world forever—unless we help protect it now.
HELP US UNLOCK ANOTHER PHASE OF PlantMed
PlantMed is raising funds for our nonprofit partners: Rios Nete in Peru and Naku in Ecuador. We need your support to help build these facilities and furnish them with the necessary medical equipment and staff.
BUILD IT WITH US
At Rios Nete in Peru, we are building state-of-the-art medical facilities where Western doctors will work side by side with Shipibo healers to treat modern illnesses. Rios Nete will be the world's first clinic to practice, preserve, and scientifically research Amazonian medicine.
